1. Contractual Agreement
By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the calculators, databases, and content provided on TheYieldGrid ("Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease usage of the Platform.
The calculations, algorithmic outputs, and agronomic guidelines provided by TheYieldGrid are engineered for informational and educational use only. While we source our baseline mathematics from verified agricultural authorities, localized variables—including micro-climates, soil compositions, seed genetics, and anomalous weather patterns—render universal accuracy impossible. TheYieldGrid provides mathematical estimates, not absolute guarantees. Any financial, agricultural, or operational decisions made based on our Platform's outputs are executed entirely at your own risk. We strongly advise consulting with a localized, certified agronomist prior to executing large-scale agricultural operations.
3. Proprietary Architecture & Intellectual Property
All source code, calculator logic, proprietary datasets, UI/UX design, and editorial content hosted on TheYieldGrid are the exclusive intellectual property of Umer Hayiat and TheYieldGrid entities. You are strictly prohibited from scraping, reverse-engineering, reproducing, or redistributing our calculator architectures or proprietary databases without explicit, written authorization.
4. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TheYieldGrid, its founder, affiliates, and data partners from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, operational losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your reliance on our calculator outputs, or your violation of these Terms.
5. Service Modifications & Errata
The materials appearing on TheYieldGrid could include technical, mathematical, or typographical errors. We do not warrant that any of the materials or calculator outputs on the site are universally accurate, complete, or current. We reserve the right to modify our algorithms, adjust database parameters, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
